Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing learning sessions, wellness programs, graduate induction program, new joiners’ orientation, performance appraisal cycle and revamping new joiners’ on boarding experience for East Asia region
- Handle different government subsidy funding schemes’ application
- Manage e-learning platform Moodle
- Prepare learning analytics
- Liaise with Finance department to handle external training sponsorship administration
- Responsible for end-to-end administration of internal trainings
- Participate in ad hoc projects / assignments as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3.5 years of relevant experiences with prior L&D experience in sizable conglomerate would be an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Moodle is an advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with passion about people development and engagement
- Organized and have good attention to details
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
