Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing learning sessions, wellness programs, graduate induction program, new joiners’ orientation, performance appraisal cycle and revamping new joiners’ on boarding experience for East Asia region
• Handle different government subsidy funding schemes’ application
• Manage e-learning platform Moodle
• Prepare learning analytics
• Liaise with Finance department to handle external training sponsorship administration
• Responsible for end-to-end administration of internal trainings
• Participate in ad hoc projects / assignments as and when required

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3.5 years of relevant experiences with prior L&D experience in sizable conglomerate would be an advantage
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Moodle is an advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills with passion about people development and engagement
• Organized and have good attention to details
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
