Urban Designer

Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Senior designers and PMS to complete the design work of the projects;
2. Strong conceptual thinking and presentation skills. Ability to graphically depict ideas or strong hand drawing skills;
3. Complete the planning and urban design projects on time with high quality of design;
4. Responsible for the finishing and archiving of design drawings and materials, and participate in other work related to design.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, graduated with majoring in architectural design, environmental design or relevant majors;
2. Experience in medium and large-scale urban planning projects, with large international and domestic competition experience is preferred
3. Knowledge and skills in areas of planning, urban design, and architecture;
4. Proficient in Rhino, Sketch-up and Lumion skills, as well as computer software skills such as Office, AutoCAD, Adobe;
5. Pay attention to details, have an excellent learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under high working pressure. Have an excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Have overseas study or work experience or experience in a foreign company is preferred.
