Senior Urban Designer

Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
1. As a senior designer to undertake urban design tasks, independently be responsible for the project concept design and following project monitoring of every stage with directing and reviewing;
2. With strong team leadership to lead the project, coordinate and integrate the multi-discipline specialists working together on the project, provide design guide to the junior designers;
3. Good experiences of communication with clients. Participate project management, can report/present the work results to client with strong influence;
4. Emphasizing on design creation, upgrade team’s urban design technical standards and provide the proposal of implementation and interfacing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above of urban planning, urban design and architecture from well- known universities in China or abroad, at least 5-8-year relevant experiences;
2. Proven integration and independently project design ability, and the ability of visual presenting and drafting;
3. Good communication skills and team spirit with careful and logical thinking, planning and implementing capabilities, initiative, with strong sense of responsibility and cooperation;
4. Good at hand drawing and various of software such as CAD, Powerpoint, Sketch Up, Adobe、Rhino;
5. Design products will be requested to provide project completion stage and personal contributions;
6. Excellent Chinese and English
communications skills (both written and verbal), Have overseas study or work
experience or experience in a foreign company is preferred.
