The Opportunity

As a Senior Mechanical Services Engineer you will be a key part of the Building Services Engineering Team, working on multidisciplinary projects while being responsible for the output of graduate Mechanical Services engineers and technicians. 

The role will see you:

• Directing the comfort and thermal analysis of buildings and spaces 
• Supervising the spatial and technical co-ordination of building services and integration into the design
• Managing the production of models, drawings, reports and specifications to budgets and deadlines
• Supervising and coordinating the work of others, including other disciplines and in-house specialists

Is this role right for you?

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Is a Chartered Engineer in the field of Building Services and has a hands-on background in systems, installations, and various project sectors
• Has strong commercial awareness, with experience in predicting, planning, and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets
• Is proficient in using energy modelling software (IES), and 3D modelling software, Revit.
