Join our globally integrated Talent, Leadership & Learning team as a Senior Learning Partner, reporting to the Global Head of Leadership Learning. In this pivotal role, you will lead leadership learning initiatives across regions, driving behaviour change and strengthening Arup’s leadership capability. As the subject matter expert, you will shape the learning agenda, implement innovative solutions, and ensure the quality and consistency of leadership learning programs. Partnering with regional People Leaders and key stakeholders, you will leverage talent intelligence to drive strategic investment in leadership development, delivering measurable business impact.
The Opportunity
- Lead Regional Learning Consultants – Oversee a team of learning consultants, ensuring globally led leadership learning is effectively adapted and applied within the region.
- Drive Leadership Development Strategy – Act as a strategic advisor, embedding leadership learning into business priorities and influencing senior leaders to invest in leadership capability.
- Ensure High-Quality Learning Interventions – Guarantee the consistent and impactful implementation of leadership development programs, tailored to regional needs while aligning with global standards.
- Manage Senior Leadership Development Programs – Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact global leadership initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Innovate Leadership Learning Solutions – Introduce future-fit, creative learning interventions that build leadership capability in a rapidly evolving business environment. - Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders across geographies to drive leadership learning adoption and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Leverage Talent Intelligence & Data – Use insights to prioritize leadership learning investments, forecast progress, and showcase success stories to enhance engagement.
- Oversee Budget & Resource Allocation – Manage leadership learning budgets efficiently, ensuring high-value, cost-effective solutions that deliver maximum business impact.
Is this role right for you?
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Advanced degree a plus.
- Qualification: Learning or HR professional qualification preferred.
- Experience: minimum 12 years of experience in HR, Learning and Development, People partnering, organizational development or related experience.
- Proven ability to integrate leadership learning into business strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and embed leadership development within the organizational agenda. Experience in navigating complex and evolving leadership landscapes, particularly in regions with traditional hierarchies.
- Deep subject matter expertise in leadership learning strategies that drive measurable behavioural change. Experience leading transformational leadership programs rather than just delivering training courses.
- Track record of leading and mentoring teams of learning practitioners, ensuring high-impact, high-quality leadership development across multiple regions. Strong ability to mobilize resources, manage competing priorities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build trust, influence, and drive leadership learning adoption. Ability to leverage external networks and industry insights, collaborating with credible third-party providers to bring innovation and best practices to Arup.
