We are looking for a Senior Data Centre Electrical Engineer to join our Arup in Istanbul to work on a variety of prestigious projects in Türkiye and overseas.
The ideal candidate will fit in with our progressive, design-led, and social group and become a contributor to the excellent atmosphere which exists within the team.
Role:
-
Good understanding at Data Centre design
-
Undertaking Electrical design elements for major Data Centre projects,
-
Working closely with general contractors, other engineers, architects, and members of the project management group,
-
Managing the production of drawings,
-
Preparing and coordinating electrical reports and specifications,
-
Supervising and coordinating the work of others and coordinating work with engineers of other disciplines and project managers,
-
Attending meetings and communicating with clients to establish their needs.
Requirements:
-
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering,
-
Minimum 10 years of experience,
-
Extensive experience in the field of Data Centre design and experience across a range of medium to large scale Data Centre projects and / or building types,

Ability to design and deliver electrical engineering solutions on major and/or Data Centre projects,
-
Experience of leading teams on multi-disciplinary projects,
-
Able to understand the balance of engineering priorities on differing projects,
-
Able to quickly develop successful client relationships,
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential,
-
Excellent planning and organization skills,
