We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us on a 2 year contract and oversee our design activities during the construction phase of a multidisciplinary project. The ideal candidate will ensure that design integrity is maintained, and designer obligations are fulfilled while collaborating with various stakeholders across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, design management, construction experience and the ability to manage complex timelines and office/sites resources

The Opportunity
•    Manage and coordinate all design-related activities during the construction phase across multiple sites to ensure adherence to Project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact between Arup, the contractors, clients and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
•    Manage and coordinate the office & site based resources to complete review and approval of relevant submittals including RFI, shop drawings, material submittals, design alternates and other relevant documents to verify they meet project requirements and industry standards.
•    Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
•    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.

Is this role right for you?
•    At least 10 years of experience in construction or engineering project management, including one full-cycle data center project.
•    Deep understanding of PMC (Project Management Consultancy) responsibilities and workflows.
•    Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Excel for tracking and reporting.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
•    Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
