Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead the internal audit on business units, projects and sites, report the audit findings and prepare audit report
• Provide support to local office in regard to the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System
• Assist the regional leader in establishing and improving of policies, systems, programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System
• Establish and maintain statistical database for showing the trend of quality performance
• Provide in-house trainings to maintain high awareness on the requirements of related management system
• Occasional business travel is required

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Engineering with relevant qualifications in Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
• IRCA Lead Auditor or equivalent
• 8 to 10 years of experience in development and implementation of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System and preferably in engineering field
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, strong self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager | Quality Assurance.
