Our Electrical Engineering team in Serbia is part of Arup's multidisciplinary Europe South region, working closely with colleagues across Europe to deliver innovative engineering solutions on a diverse range of projects. The Opportunity

As an Electrical Engineer at Arup, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative and sustainable electrical building services solutions across multidisciplinary projects in Serbia, Europe and internationally.

Working alongside experienced engineers and industry-leading specialists, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, gain exposure to a wide range of projects and collaborate within Arup's global network.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer you will:

• Supporting the design of electrical building services systems from concept through to detailed design under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings, calculations, specifications and design reports.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and project teams to develop integrated and sustainable design solutions.
• Supporting project coordination activities and contributing to multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Participating in client meetings, workshops and site visits to develop practical engineering experience.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes, digital tools and technical innovation within the team.

We are looking for someone with hands-on electrical engineering experience and a genuine interest in digital design and built environment innovation.

• A motivated and enthusiastic engineer with a passion for engineering excellence and sustainable design.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree is advantageous).
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design, consultancy or construction projects.
• Strong interest in building services engineering and multidisciplinary project delivery.
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and electrical calculation tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is essential.
