The Opportunity

As a Senior BIM Modeller at Arup, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality digital design and BIM solutions across multidisciplinary projects in Serbia, Europe and internationally.

Working alongside engineers, architects and digital specialists, you will contribute to the development, coordination and delivery of BIM models and project information, helping teams deliver innovative and sustainable solutions through digital best practices.

As a Senior BIM Modeller you will:

• Develop and manage BIM models throughout project delivery stages using leading BIM software platforms.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, drawings and project documentation in accordance with project requirements and Arup standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project teams to support integrated design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Participate in model reviews, clash detection processes and design coordination workshops.
• Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modelling standards and digital delivery workflows.
• Ensure model quality, consistency and compliance with project and client requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes, templates, libraries and digital delivery standards.
• Support project teams in the adoption of BIM best practices and digital tools.

Does this role inspire you?

We are looking for someone with hands-on BIM experience and a genuine interest in digital design and built environment innovation.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling and digital project delivery within the built environment sector.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo or other BIM-related tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination processes and BIM workflows.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative, international project teams.
• Professional working fluency in English.
