This is a new role in the APAC FP&A team, located in Singapore, reporting to the Head of FP&A APAC. The FP&A Manager plays a key leadership role in driving financial performance, business planning, and transformation across the region to support Arup's growth objectives. Based in Singapore, the role focuses on continuous improvement within the FP&A function, embedding efficient delivery models, and partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with strong stakeholder management skills, able to interpret complex financial data and challenge the business constructively to drive operational improvements.
The Opportunity
- Proactively drive continuous improvement to accuracy, insight and process for the forecasting and reporting cycle across APAC.
- Act as the FP&A lead for Southeast Asia, partnering with Finance Business Partners, Service Portfolio, and Global Capability Leaders to challenge forecasts, drive accountability for financial performance, and deliver actionable business insights and decision support.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycle, ensuring effective coordination and alignment across the broader finance team.
- Support the Head of FP&A in global transformation initiatives, driving process improvements, technology adoption, and greater efficiency across FP&A workstreams.
Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities to support business and finance objectives.

Is this role right for you?
- Minimally 10+ years’ experience across FP&A, Financial Business Partnering or Commercial Finance in a multinational business across APAC.
- ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualifications is preferred
- Experience in engineering consulting, professional services, or matrix organisations.
- Proven experience delivering finance and systems transformation projects, with strong knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Oracle, and Copilot.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and technology adoption across finance teams.
