You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, technically robust outcomes that advance innovation, digital excellence, and sustainable design.

The Opportunity
•    Deliver designs, technical documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions, and project schedules for projects of varying scale.
•    Work independently while managing deadlines, ensuring quality, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
•    Lead or assist in utilities impact assessments and develop corresponding design documentation, including 3D models and relocation plans.
•    Provide design and technical expertise in utilities design and coordination, survey specification, and site investigation planning.
•    Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture through clear communication, emotional intelligence, and inclusive teamwork.

At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas.

Is this role right for you?
•    A recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) and 6–8 years’ experience in a consulting environment.
•    Strong technical capability in utilities design and coordination, with familiarity in tools such as 12D, MicroStation, or AutoCAD.
•    Knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice, authority requirements, and relevant regulations and guidelines.
•    Effective communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, JV partners, and government agencies.
•    A proactive mindset with interest in digital transformation, GIS/FME tools, sustainable design, and continuous professional growth.
