Role
We are currently looking to incorporate a person into the Cities, Planning and Design team, an area that is dedicated, among other things, to the planning and development of cities, seeking a balance between the social, economic and environmental dimensions, and always contributing the components of sustainability and innovation. to all development proposals. The person will join a dynamic team and will participate in all cutting-edge projects carried out in the Department.
This person will fundamentally participate in the tasks of Masterplanning, urban design and urban processing from the conceptualization of strategic projects to the definition of the criteria for execution. You will develop team coordination and multidisciplinary integration work. It will contribute to the communication of the project with other teams and the client.
As part of your daily tasks you will be exposed to strategic urban projects and multidisciplinary teams that typically include architects, landscapers, engineers, urban planners, environmentalists, sociologists, economists and lawyers.
Minimum requirements
- Architecture or Engineering Studies
- 2-5 years of experience in described functions
- t will be essential to have knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
- High level of English (C1)
- Knowledge of Adobe package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Rhinoceros
- Concern for working on international projects and interest in sustainability and innovation
- High organizational and communication skills
Valuable requirements
- Knowledge of landscaping Knowledge of Grasshopper will be valuable
- Experience in urban planning processing
