Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.


  • Undertake urban design tasks, independently be responsible for the project concept design and closely monitor the project progress with directing and reviewing
  • Lead urban design projects, coordinate, collaborate and integrate with multi-discipline specialists, and provide design guidance to the junior designers
  • Participate in project management and development, report and present the work results to clients with strong influence
  • Emphasize on design creation, upgrade team’s urban design technical standards and provide proposals of implementation and interfacing


Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Urban Design, preferably with a Master Degree / PhD in Urban Design, Planning or Development
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with professional membership in Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Rhinoceros 3D, and other relevant design / presentation software. Proficiency in ArcGIS and automation software such as Grasshopper is an advantage
  • Excellent demonstratable multi-disciplinary organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team leadership capability, proven integration and independently project design ability, including visual presenting and drafting
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
