Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

 
 Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing transportation planning projects for external and internal clients
• Engaging in business development efforts to secure transportation planning work and build client relationships
• Preparing and managing preparation of high quality project deliverables, including print documentation and presentations
• Preparing and delivering effective public presentations and representing Arup to clients and the general public
• Establishing and maintaining connections with professional colleagues, identifying and developing marketing leads, preparing marketing proposals and materials, and representing Arup at interviews
• Delivering high-quality products, undertaking financial management of projects and being responsible for client relationships, and management of staff and subcontractors
• Helping to lead, manage and mentor junior staff

Qualifications:
• Bachlor Degree or above in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering or closely-related discipline
• Proficiency in English is desirable
• 5+ years relevant professional experience
• Strong client relationship and ability to grow business
• Experience in infrastructure delivery planning and site development
• Understanding of transport planning, traffic engineering and traffic modelling (strategic and micro-simulation, junction) and traffic management)
• Demonstrated project management skills
