Arup is seeking a motivated Trainee Company Secretariat based in Singapore. This role offers hands-on experience in company secretarial administration, board support, and governance across Arup’s global operations. Ideal for candidates pursuing or holding the CGI Chartered Governance qualification, the role provides a strong foundation for a career in corporate governance.
The Opportunity
• Maintain registers, trackers, and group structure charts; coordinate document execution and liaise with external providers for notarisation and legalisation.
• Schedule board meetings, prepare agendas and minutes under supervision, and assist with logistics and post-meeting actions.
• Update corporate data in Diligent Entities, ensure timely statutory filings, and support KYC and audit processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and global stakeholders to manage entity-related tasks and support bid teams with letters of support.
• Contribute to SharePoint intranet updates, support automation initiatives, and perform ad hoc duties as needed.

Is this role right for you?
• Currently studying or completed the CGI Chartered Governance qualification.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Visio and SharePoint.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative global team
