The Opportunity

We are seeking to hire a university student to actively support our Civil Engineering team at Arup in Spain.

 

As a Civil Engineer Trainee at Arup, you will:

  • Actively participate in the calculation and sizing of water networks and infrastructure in the unique projects carried out by the company's Civil Department
  • You will support other specialists in multiple projects
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing with other multidisciplinary teams

 

Does this role inspire you?

We are looking for someone proactive and dynamic. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Currently studying a bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering
  • Interest in the technical field of engineering
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish (C1)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, and programming tools will be a plus
  • Flexibility and teamwork
  • Similar experience in a position with responsibility would be valuable

 

Conditions

  • Be enrolled in the university to be able to establish an agreement with the University
  • Immediate incorporation
  • Duration: 6 months of extendable internship (possibility of joining after completing the internship)
  • Schedule: From 20 to 40 hours per week to be defined with the student
  • Remuneration: will depend on the student's level of training and the number of hours established
