The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Team & Project Coordinator to become the operational backbone of a busy multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly managing meetings, travel, onboarding and team processes while also providing hands‑on project coordination that supports high‑quality delivery for our clients. You’ll help maintain information flow, track deliverables, support document control and quality checks, and ensure project teams stay aligned and on schedule. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to bids, reports and presentations, help organise design reviews and technical sessions, and champion best‑practice systems and processes. This is a role where your organisation, communication and initiative will make a visible impact every day.

Is this role right for you? 

We are looking for a candidate who: 

  • Has experience in a similar team or team & project coordination role, ideally in a professional services / multidisciplinary environment 

  • Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills & can demonstrate resilience, ownership of tasks, problem‑solving, and a growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. 

  • Takes pride in doing a good job and working as part of a team to provide an excellent service and high-quality deliverables to our clients. 

  • Strong organisation, multitasking and attention to detail; able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understands good file/document management practices 

  • Is familiar with project and business systems (e.g., SharePoint, extranets) is desirable; ProjectWise experience is ideal but not essential
