Talent Acquisition Team Lead

The Opportunity

Lead a small team of recruiters, partnering with stakeholders across Europe to deliver a consultative and service-oriented recruitment experience. Drive process improvements, champion best practices, and contribute directly to our operational efficiency. You'll also manage a limited number of vacancies while overseeing the hiring needs for several European regions.

  

As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Arup, you will:

  • Report to the Global Head of Delivery while closely liaising with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, prioritizing recruitment needs and managing workloads. 
  • Oversee the hiring needs across multiple European countries and drive process improvements to align recruitment with business priorities.
  • Act as Recruiter for local and international roles, ensuring seamless candidate experience.

  • 8+ years’ experience in Recruitment, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in managing teams, with a collaborative leadership style that inspires and supports your team to thrive.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive solution-focused approach to challenges.
  • Passion for continuously improving the candidate experience along the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (oral and written); additional European languages skills are an advantage.
