ポジション概要 
ビルディングエンジニアリングチームにて、構造エンジニアを募集します。

本ポジションでは、建築プロジェクトにおける構造設計業務を担当いただき、設備設計、ファサードエンジニアリングをはじめとする多様な専門分野のエンジニアと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

構造リーダーのもと、約27名のエンジニアで構成される構造チームの一員として、さまざまなプロジェクトに携わっていただきます。

主担当として構造設計業務を担い、クライアントとの打ち合わせやプロジェクト推進にも携わっていただきます。

Arup Japanは、建築設備、再生可能エネルギーおよび関連分野における設計・アドバイザリーサービスを提供するマルチディシプリナリーなエンジニアリング・コンサルティングファームです。東京オフィス内の各専門分野に加え、Arupグループの海外オフィスとも協働しながら、包括的なアプローチによるプロジェクト遂行およびサービス開発に取り組んでいます。

主な業務内容 

• 建築プロジェクトにおける構造設計業務の遂行 
• 主担当としてクライアントとの打ち合わせおよびプロジェクトの構造デザインのリード 
• 設備設計およびファサードエンジニアリングをはじめとする他分野の専門家との協働 
• 東京オフィス内の各専門分野と連携したプロジェクトの推進 
• 海外のArup拠点との協働によるプロジェクト遂行およびサービス開発への参画

応募資格 
必須経験 

• 日本国内で3年以上の構造設計実務経験  
• 日本語での実務遂行が可能な方  

学歴・資格 

• 建築系分野における学士号以上  
• 一級建築士、または取得を目指している方  

歓迎経験・スキル 

• Grasshopperをはじめとするデジタルツールやプログラミングの経験

Position Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Building Engineering Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for structural design across a range of building projects, working closely with specialists from a variety of disciplines including MEP and Façade Engineering.

Reporting to a Structural Leader, you will be part of a structural team of approximately 27 engineers and contribute to a diverse range of projects.

As a lead structural designer on assigned projects, you will be involved in client meetings and play an active role in driving project delivery.

Arup Japan is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy providing design and advisory services across building engineering, renewable energy and related sectors. In addition to collaborating with specialists across the Tokyo office, you will work closely with Arup's overseas offices to deliver projects and develop services through an integrated and holistic approach.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver structural design services for building projects 
• Lead client meetings and contribute to the delivery of structural design projects 
• Collaborate with specialists across MEP, Façade Engineering and other technical disciplines 
• Support project delivery through collaboration with specialists across the Tokyo office 
• Participate in project delivery and service development in collaboration with Arup's overseas offices

Requirements 

• Required Experience 
• 3+ years of structural design experience in Japan 
• Ability to work professionally in Japanese

Education & Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or a related discipline 
• First-Class Architect (一級建築士), or currently working towards obtaining the qualification

Preferred Experience & Skills 

• Experience with programming and digital tools such as Grasshopper

Compensation & Benefits 
Expected Annual Salary: JPY 5.7 million to 11 million, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus Profit Share.
