Responsibilities
Structural Design/Engineering: as a member of the Building Engineering Team, you will be responsible for the structural design/engineering practice of projects. You will meet with a variety of clients and lead the structural design/engineering of projects. You will also work in close cooperation with other Teams/Disciplines such as MEP and façade engineering teams.

- Reporting line: Structural Discipline Leader
- Number of team members: around 30
Collaboration with other teams: Tokyo Office is a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm that provides design and advisory services for offshore wind farms as well as the following main services. We work together on each project and develop our services in a holistic approach, one of our founder’s philosophies.

- Offshore wind foundation structural design
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:
- At least 3 years' first-hand experience in structural design & engineering in Japan
- Programming and first-hand experience in digital tools such as Grasshopper
- Native or equivalent in Japanese
Others
- You should have a broad interest in management, development and the environment and be willing to take on new challenges.
- Team worker; Ability to work proactively with our overseas offices
Be willing to communicate in English
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- First class architect, or planning to become one

Compensaton & Benefits- Salary: will be offered based on your ability and experience
- Allowance: overtime work allowance, commuting allowance
- Salary Review: once a year
- Profit Share: twice a year
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Work Location: 8F, Iidabashi Grand Bloom, 2-10-2 Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (2-minute walk from JR Iidabashi Station)
(Scope of Change) May be subject to change depending on business needs, including remote work, satellite offices, or secondment to other companies, as designated by the company. - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (60-minute break)
- Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays.
- Paid Leave: Annual paid leave (granted upon joining), sick leave, recognition leave (based on years of service), special leave for ceremonial occasions, jury duty leave.
