Advisory Services
Responding to global challenges requires rapid adaptation and transformation of the built environment. Our Advisory Services team brings together our integrated suite of consulting, communication, and sustainability skillsets to help our clients navigate change, by developing smart responses tailored to their needs. As part of our growth ambitions we are recruiting a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant to join our team.
The Opportunity
The Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant will play a central role in shaping our clients’ strategic change ambitions, leading transformation across people, processes and technology. You will be a key member of the wider collaborative team which provides strategic, communications, and advisory for the built environment.
As a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant at Arup, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for clients
Support our clients through their organisational change journeys
Take ownership of projects across planning, implementation, and evaluation
Build trusted client relationships, through understanding of the client’s business
Prepare presentations and reports with an attention to detail and focus on quality
Work collaboratively and support colleagues across the team

We're looking for someone who is passionate about change management. We also value:
7+ years prior experience
Essential
Significant experience in organisational change strategies and delivery
Deep understanding of operating models and business assessments
Experience in executing change management strategies and activities
Project management and consulting experience and/or accreditation
Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently, across multiple projects
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Good interpersonal and networking skills, highly articulate team player
Demonstrate a proactive attitude, take initiative, and eager to engage in all aspects of work
A sustainability mindset
Desirable
Experience in developing and executing successful strategies & plans
Experience designing and facilitating workshops
Interest in infrastructure, transport, urban and regional development
