  • Service Design: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing service design packages, ensuring services are user-centered, and continuously improving service design processes.
  • Service Transition: Planning and coordinating activitiesd required to transition services from development to production, managing change, release, and deployment processes, and overseeing knowledge management.
  • Change Management Lead: Oversee the Change and Configuration Management team to maintain the CMS, ensuring data quality.
  • Provide timely management information for FSC, Technical Change Assessment, CAB, and service performance reporting.

A typical day might involve collaborating with global stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing and refining service design packages, planning and coordinating service transitions, managing the team to ensure effective change and deployment processes are carried out, and providing effective communication to stakeholders. You will also be involved in continuous improvement activities, such as reviewing service transition processes and implementing best practices.
