The Opportunity

We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Contract No. 1002EM19A - Design- Build-Operate for the Additional District Cooling System (DCS) at Kai Tak Development (KTD). The works comprise the design and construction of a DCS plant with seawater pump house including the associated E&M equipment installation and laying of the seawater and chilled water distribution pipe networks for supplying chilled water to the sites nearby.

Qualifications & Experience required:
• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in an appropriate discipline or equivalent; AND
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the position, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.
