Senior Resident Engineer (Civil)
The Opportunity
We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Agreement No. CE 16/2023 (CE) First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 2 – Design and Construction.
Located at the heart of NM and in close proximity to Shenzhen’s I&T zone in Huangang and Futian, San Tin Technopole is strategically positioned to be a hub for clustered I&T development that creates synergy with Shenzhen. The project mainly comprises of site formation of land and infrastructure works for the San Tin Technopole. The works in this Project commenced progressively from end 2024.
The incumbents may be required to work irregular hours, overtime, at night and on shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and to carry out supervision outside Hong Kong when required.
Is this role right for you?
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in an appropriate discipline or equivalent; AND
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the position, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.
