The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Regenerative Designer to join the integrated delivery team to deliver projects specifically with a focus around the environment, climate and nature.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional design, management and commercial skills with at least 7 years of experience.
You'll join a community of passionate advisors and experts, where you will be encouraged to take responsibilities and develop your skills, experience and confidence. You will be working closely on a day-to-day basis with Arup’s Integrated Delivery teams’ leadership, engaging with some of Arup’s most senior Directors and thought leaders. One of the biggest advantages of our team is the breadth of work that we do. You will get experience of working in a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with colleagues from a diversity of backgrounds and disciplines, and potentially internationally.
Is the Role Right for you?
We’re looking for candidates who show passion, curiosity, personal drive and technical knowhow, that has a willingness to learn and to have a positive impact in their projects. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of the masterplanning, landscape architecture and engineering industry and have a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we’d like to hear from you. You will have some experience of consultancy already where you will have demonstrated an inherent drive to collaborate and work on your own initiative, to push the boundaries of expectations of your role and to effectively influence upwards.
Requirements
- Academic & Professional Credentials: Degree (2:1 or above) in a design-related discipline such as master planning, architecture, or engineering. Chartership or professional membership is an asset.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Versatile and motivated, with proven ability to work across diverse projects and industries alongside interdisciplinary teams.
- Planning & Communication: Strong organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to understand and meet client and stakeholder needs.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in interpreting data using tools like Power BI, and crafting narratives through well-developed reasoning, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Values-Driven Approach: Committed to aligning with organisational values and contributing to a collaborative, purpose-led environment.
