- Prepare payroll for Hong Kong and handle IR56E form for starters
- Set up and maintain staff record
- Manage Hong Kong pension contribution
- Support annual audit for Hong Kong pension and year end reconciliation
- Prepare gratuity calculation and payment to site staff
- Update staff movement records in the system
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience obtained from multi-national organizations
- Knowledge of payroll process would be advantage
- Energetic, flexible and good team-player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with IHR Plus is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
