As Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer, you will join Arup’s global Workplace Services team, providing essential APAC coverage for our endpoint and virtual desktop platforms.

·        Join Arup’s global Workplace Services team as a senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer for complex endpoint and virtual desktop challenges. You’ll combine hands-on engineering with the freedom to improve services used across a diverse, international workplace.

·        You’ll broaden your expertise across Microsoft, Apple, Azure and AWS technologies, contribute to global projects and help shape the Workplace Services roadmap.

·        You’ll provide third-level support, own complex incidents through to resolution and deliver secure, reliable workplace technology across APAC.

·        Your work will span Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Azure Virtual Desktop and legacy SCCM and Group Policy, alongside automation, documentation, patching and technology rollouts.

Is this role right for you?

·        Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy and Entra ID.

·        Proven support of Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu and macOS devices, including Jamf Pro administration.

·        Experience administering and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop/Nerdio and complex endpoint, application and user-profile issues.

·        PowerShell automation skills, with practical experience of enterprise application deployment, patching and vulnerability remediation.

·        A methodical, accountable and collaborative approach, with clear technical documentation and communication skills.
