The Opportunity

Arup Digital Products is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead a dynamic team of marketing specialists in shaping and delivering high-impact campaigns that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and deepen customer engagement for the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment.

As senior marketing and communications manager for Arup Digital Products, this role will mainly support its flagship product suite, the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment, which offers a range of pre and post processing tools and models exclusively written for the Ansys LS-DYNA solver.

Arup have been using LS-DYNA for our consultancy work for over 40 years. Our in-depth knowledge of this powerful analysis solver has enabled us to create the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment - tailored tools written exclusively for LS-DYNA that give users the power to prepare models, interpret results and share solutions. The Oasys LS-DYNA Environment is used by the majority of automotive OEMs worldwide and across many other industries, including off shore, nuclear and civil engineering. Within this role you will craft and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms; website, social media, CRM and through usage of channels such as newsletters, webinars, PR, case studies, and event collateral. This role is expected to attract new customers, nurture existing relationships, and directly contribute to revenue generation.

You will work closely with the Head of Revenue, Product Marketing and Head of Sales, ensuring that every campaign is aligned with commercial goals and product positioning. Your role will be instrumental in translating technical product capabilities into market-ready narratives that resonate with global audiences.

Success in this role demands a strong foundation in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to distil complex engineering concepts into engaging content. You’ll be highly self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative—working closely with product managers, regional leaders (UK, India, China, US), technical support teams, operations, sales, third-party partners and distributors, including Ansys, the owner of LS-DYNA.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for people who:

  • Are currently working in a marketing and communications role in a business-to-business environment, ideally within the software or automotive business

  • Have knowledge of social media and digital communication tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, GoToWebinar, etc.

  • Have previous experience of supporting projects and marketing campaigns from conception through to execution

  • Are confident with excellent communication skills and a friendly manner with excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and event management experience

  • Have a passion for marketing and building a brand
