Arup Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Hydrology, Hydraulics, and Drainage Engineer to provide expert services across a diverse range of infrastructure, master-planning, site development, and environmental projects. This role focuses on leading hydrological and hydraulic modelling efforts and offering innovative solutions for water resource management, flood control, and climate change adaptation. The Opportunity 

•    Lead and deliver complex hydrological and hydraulic design projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
•    Develop detailed hydrological and hydraulic models, covering water resources planning, flood forecasting, and stormwater management.
•    Manage and oversee project budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring quality and financial targets are met.
•    Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering professional development and a high standard of work.
•    Prepare and present reports, proposals, and tender submissions, strengthening client relationships and expanding business opportunities.

Is this role right for you? 

•    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and drainage design.
•    Strong expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modelling, including water quality, stormwater management, and flood control
•    Familiarity with Indonesian and international design codes, and commitment to maintaining high technical standards.
•    Proven experience in managing complex projects, with excellent skills in cost estimation, resource management, and client relations.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of maintaining high-quality standards under pressure and mentoring team members.
