As a Senior Façade Consultant, you will lead the engineering and design of façade projects from concept through to construction, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and commercial success. You will mentor and develop junior team members while collaborating closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing, design-driven façade solutions. You will also play a key role in business development, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the growth of the façade practice.
The Opportunity
· Lead façade engineering and design projects as Project Manager, ensuring delivery to quality, budget, and timeline expectations
· Provide technical expertise across concept design, system development, detailed design, and site/factory inspections
· Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering skill development and team growth
· Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development and tender submissions
· Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and manage project performance, including technical, financial, and risk aspects

Is this role right for you?
· Minimum 7 years’ experience in façade design or engineering, including leading projects from concept to completion
· Strong technical expertise in façade systems, including materials, waterproofing, airtightness, and performance design
· Proficiency in digital design tools such as CAD, Revit, and Rhino/Grasshopper
· Proven ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a consulting environment
· A collaborative mindset with strong mentoring skills and the ability to build lasting client and team relationships
