We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sydney team, specialising in data centre projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile developments across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to technically excellent and resilient electrical design solutions within a multidisciplinary consulting environment.

You will play a key role in the delivery of projects, working closely with clients, project leaders, and technical specialists, while continuing to develop your technical depth and project leadership capability.

The Opportunity
 

  • Deliver electrical designs for data centre projects, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and communications systems
  • Undertake detailed design, coordination, and documentation in line with relevant standards and client requirements
  • Support project leaders in managing scope, programme, quality, and technical risk
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, contributing to technical discussions and design development
  • Apply innovative and sustainable design thinking to support reliable, efficient, and future-ready data centre solutions

Is this role right for you?
 

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Solid experience in electrical engineering within a consulting environment, ideally with exposure to data centre or mission-critical facilities
  • Strong technical capability in the design and delivery of complex electrical systems
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with industry-standard electrical engineering software and design tools
