Additionally, by creating proposals and attending meetings with both current and potential clients, this individual will actively support the business development process.

  • Ensure that electrical designs and products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and codes, such as safety standards and industry-specific regulations, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in electrical designs or systems and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges that arise during the development, testing, or operation of electrical systems, work closely with other engineering disciplines, such as mechanical and software engineering, as well as cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and marketing, to achieve project goals.
  • Create technical documentation, reports, and specifications to communicate design concepts, requirements, and project status to stakeholders, stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technology and industry trends. Conduct research and development activities to explore new technologies, improve existing products, or develop innovative solutions, and ensure that electrical designs and installations meet safety standards and guidelines to protect personnel and equipment.
