The Senior Cyber Security Consultant in the built environment is the guardian of critical infrastructure, safeguarding vital systems like transportation networks, water and wastewater facilities, power grids, and communication networks. In this pivotal role, you will offers expert guidance to fortify the security and defense of digital systems, infrastructure, and data. 


The Opportunity

  • Work directly with clients to identify and assess their cyber risks, develop innovative design solutions, estimate cyber security engagements, and assist in proposal development.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the built environment.
  • Develop and implement effective cyber security strategies and policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory needs.
  • Evaluate security architecture in built environment projects, recommend appropriate controls, and perform security reviews including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  • Design cyber security systems, evaluate business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and ensure the resilience needed to respond to and recover from cyber security incidents.

Is this role right for you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fields with at least 6-7 years of experience in Cyber security domain.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, best practices, and emerging trends in the built environment sector.
  • Familiarity with built environment (ICS\OT) industry practices and technologies.
  • Ability to understand the implementation of secure networks, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
  • Related cyber security certifications (CISSP, CISM, and CCSP, etc) are preferred
