We are now growing our Advisory services team in East Asia and looking for talented candidates that bring general management consulting experience, skills and capabilities to join us in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Leader in the delivery of projects by applying experience and skills in management consulting, change management and operation / process improvement
  • Carry out research and data collection, processing, synthesis and analysis
  • Prepare proposals and effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders and interested parties on data collection and / or result presentation by utilising consultative tools such as focus interviews, face-to-face / virtual workshops and surveys etc.
  • Manage projects and programmes, including project planning and implementation to ensure timely deliverables with high quality
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver their expectations, display excellent stakeholder engagement and problem resolution skills

Qualifications and Experiences required:

  • Degree holder with relevant qualification in management consulting and business administration
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting or relevant field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in research method and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge / skills in any of the following areas will be a distinct advantage:
    • Project management
    • Benefits case development and delivery of feasibility studies, gap analysis and impact assessments
    • Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
