We are now growing our Advisory Services Team in East Asia and looking for talented candidates that bring general management consulting experience, skills and capabilities to join us in Hong Kong.
 
The Opportunity
  • Support the Project Leader in the delivery of projects by applying experience and skills in management consulting, change management and operation / process improvement.
  • Carry out research and data collection, processing, synthesis and analysis to identify potential client issues and form hypotheses 
  • Present findings and recommendations and effectively communicate with stakeholders and interested parties on data collection and / or result presentation by utilising consultative tools. 
  • Manage projects and programmes, including project planning and implementation to ensure timely deliverables with high quality.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and clients to implement and deliver solutions to high standards, display excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Is this role right for you?
  • Degree holder with relevant qualification in management consulting and business administration or a closely related field from a recognised institution. 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations consulting, process improvement, management consulting or relevant field
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding in research method and stakeholder w engagement 
  • Knowledge / skills in any of the following areas will be advantageous:
- Project management
- Benefits case development and delivery of feasibility studies, gap analysis and impact assessments
- Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving as well as interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
