The Opportunity
We are looking for a technically strong, proactive and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join team in Winchester. You will lead in the delivery of projects, drawing from design skills such as flood advice, drainage, highways, street design, pavements, earthworks and utilities.

Is this role right for you?
As a minimum requirement we would expect that the suitable applicant to be working towards or has achieved a relevant professional qualification. Furthermore, you will possess a strong academic background ideally with MEng or Civil Engineering-based degree.
You will be able to demonstrate strong technical experience across most or all of the following: flood risk, drainage, sustainable drainage, earthworks, pavements, utilities, street design, constraints mapping and infrastructure master planning.
We are looking for the following skills and experience;
- Planning and statutory approval process.
- Commercial knowledge such as fee proposals and monitoring.
- Workload planning.
- Mentoring and teaching.
- Ability to write high quality reports and specifications.
- Some contract knowledge, NEC or similar.
