Senior Change Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to help manage the people side of change for our internal projects. You could be at the forefront helping to shape the way we run some of our firm-wide technology projects, as we’re looking for an experienced Business Change manager to work alongside our Programme and Project managers in the Digital Technology team.

- That means we’re looking for someone with drive and energy who has experience of delivering change management support in a consulting environment, who is willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into some fun but challenging work.
- We’ll help you to develop your career and experience by involving you in a range of technology rollout projects – from finance systems to project delivery solutions, from AI tools to Asset management - and as a Business Change manager, your focus will be all about the managing the changes for our people so that it’s as easy as possible adopt the new systems.
- For the successful candidate, you’ll already have some experience of working in a similar environment, and will know what it takes to land change successfully. You’ll also be familiar with what it takes to connect and work with colleagues based in different countries.
- This role is based within our Americas region (Montreal or Toronto), but you’ll work with colleagues based around the world, so a typical day is… well….not very typical! But whether you’re involved in workshops, planning, communications, training or analysis you’ll be part of a supportive team who want to ensure the best possible outcome for our colleagues, and our clients.
Is this role right for you?
- Must have experience of successfully delivering complex change within a global company.
- This is a role where you will need to be able to get stuck in! It’ll be your responsibility to plan and lead the relevant change activities and make the change happen. You’ll also need to be willing to adjust your work schedule to liaise with colleagues based in other parts of the world when required.
- Must be able to work on own initiative, to build effective working relationships with colleagues across Arup, and be able to persuade people at all levels about the need for change.
- Just as importantly, must be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team, where collaboration across disciplines is essential for the successful delivery of our projects.

· Toronto Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $110,000 to $130,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note, hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
