The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior CAD/BIM Modeler/Technician to lead the development of 3D models and 2D documentation using Autodesk Civil 3D. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Revit and Plant 3D to ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines. This role supports the delivery of complex infrastructure and development projects in the Philippines, including residential, commercial, industrial, data center, water treatment, and airport facilities.

Your role in our team

  • Lead the creation and management of detailed Civil 3D models and Infraworks for:
    - Site grading and earthworks
    - Road and corridor modeling
    - Stormwater, sanitary, and utility networks
    - Surface modeling and quantity take-offs
  • Produce high-quality 2D documentation including plans, profiles, sections, and detail drawings.
  • Collaborate with structural and MEPF/MEICA teams using Revit and Plant 3D to ensure model coordination and data consistency.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards in accordance with ISO 19650 and project-specific BEPs.
  • Ensure designs comply with AASHTO standards and relevant Philippine codes and regulations.
  • Mentor junior modelers and contribute to QA/QC reviews of deliverables.

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in CAD/BIM modeling for civil infrastructure and land development projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including:
    - Corridors, assemblies, and subassemblies
    - Pipe networks and pressure systems
    - Grading tools and feature lines
    - Sheet set manager and data shortcuts
  • Practical experience in using Autodesk Revit and Plant3D for cross-platform collaboration. Hands-on experience in automation tools for CAD/BIM (eg. Dynamo) is an advantage.Experience with Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Familiarity with AASHTO design standards for transportation and site development.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM execution planning.
  • Ability to interpret and coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP design documentation.
  • Projects involving data centers, airports, industrial parks, road, rail, energy or water treatment facilities.
  • Experience working in a global consulting or multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with Philippine permitting processes and local authority requirements.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and digital delivery practices.
