The Opportunity

This senior role is based in Vietnam within a growing BIM team, while being fully integrated into broader Southeast Asia and APAC regional efforts. The position offers opportunities to work on diverse and exciting buildings and infrastructure projects locally and across the region, while expanding impact through business development, thought leadership, research, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. It also provides a clear path for career progression into leadership, including project management, team development, and shaping the strategic direction of BIM across Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific for Arup

• Liaise with structural engineers in order to create BIM model and drawing generation using Revit.

• Be accountable for the managing Revit models, instructing junior colleagues regarding project standards and be accountable for deliverables. 
  Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các mô hình Revit, hướng dẫn các đồng nghiệp cấp dưới về các tiêu chuẩn của dự án và chịu trách nhiệm về các sản phẩm bàn giao. 
• Working with International teams based in Hong Kong and Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.

• Capable to create BIM model for routine works independently and supervise others 
  Có khả năng tạo mô hình BIM cho các công việc thường xuyên một cách độc lập và có khả năng giám sát thành viên khác. 
• Ensure that the quality of deliverables produced is in accordance with project and corporate requirements.

• Keep following up with team members and project managers informed of workload and deadlines of deliverables. 
  Đảm bảo phối hợp với các thành viên trong nhóm và quản lý dự án nắm thông tin về khối lượng công việc và thời điểm hoàn thành. 
• Monitors and ensures adherence to Common Data Environment (CDE) standards; 
  Giám sát và đảm bảo tuân thủ “Common Data Environment (CDE)” tiêu chuẩn 
   

Is this role right for you?

• Fluency in Structure Revit    
  Thành thạo Structure Revit   
• Be able worked as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Naviswork) 
  Có kinh nghiệm về Coordinate trong BIM với các bộ môn khác như Architect & MEP (hiểu biết về BIM360 hoặc Naviswork…) 
• 2~8 years of experience in Complex Projects (Highrise & Steel projects). 
  2-8 năm kinh nghiệm trong các dự án công trình nhà cao tầng hoặc nhà thép phức hợp.  
• At least have College or University degree on civil/structure/infrastructure engineering. 
  Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành kết cấu/dân dụng/hạ tầng.   
• Programming skills using Python, C#, Dynamo or Rhino.inside. Revit will be an advantage 
  Kỹ năng lập trình sử dụng Python, C#, Dynamo hoặc Rhino.inside. Revit sẽ là một lợi thế. 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese. Speaking in Chinese is a plus. 
  Có khả năng tốt trong cả viết và nói tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. Biết nói tiếng Trung là một lợi thế. 
• Experiences in complex projects from Top Asia country as Hongkong, Singapore or Australia is a plus 
  Kinh nghiệm làm việc với những dự án lớn phức tạp từ những quốc gia hàng đầu trong khu vực như Hongkong, Singapore là một lợi thế
