Senior BIM Technician - Structural

We’re looking for a Senior Structural BIM Technician to lead the delivery of BIM models and drawings across major project scopes. You’ll coordinate with engineers and external teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with design intent. This role bridges design and delivery, driving technical excellence, innovation, and team development.
 

The Opportunity

•    Manage structural BIM delivery across major projects and disciplines
•    Lead coordination workshops and resolve design clashes across teams
•    Define modelling strategies and workflows to streamline project execution
•    Perform quality control on drawings and BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance
•    Support and mentor junior team members while implementing digital tools and process improvements

Is this role right for you?

•    A recognised technical qualification in engineering or an equivalent discipline
•    5–8 years of BIM experience on large, complex structural projects
•    Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related coordination tools
•    Proven leadership in BIM delivery, coordination, and drawing production
•    Strong mentoring skills with the ability to support digital transformation across teams
