The Opportunity

Join our Global Treasury team and play a key role in bank account administration and management of external treasury documentation. The Senior Analyst (Banking Administration & Treasury Documentation) is a strategic and hands-on role, contributing to best-in-class processes, governance, and technology adoption. You’ll work closely with global teams, banks and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements and support critical business operations.

The Senior Analyst (Banking Administration & Treasury Documentation) will be responsible for the following areas of work:

Bank Account Management – Own and maintain the global bank account master list, oversee account opening/closing processes, and ensure accurate reporting into our Treasury Management System (TMS).

Documentation Oversight – Manage all external treasury documentation (mandates, KYC, pooling structures) and ensure timely updates across global entities.

Process & Technology Improvements – Drive projects to enhance workflows, introduce audit processes, and leverage technology for efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration – Build strong relationships with banks, SSCs, and internal teams to support governance and compliance.

Leadership – Manage and develop one direct report, fostering growth and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Strategic Contribution – Support treasury transformation initiatives and contribute to global process improvements.

 

Is this role right for you?
 

We seek Treasury-focused professionals with the following skills and attributes:

  • Solid and demonstrable working experience within finance, banking, trade finance or corporate treasury role
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, KYC, bank mandates, and pooling structures across multiple geographies.
  • Comfortable managing data integrity, workflows, and documentation processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with project management tools; experience with TMS is a plus.
  • Evidence of leading projects, implementing change, and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in treasury, finance, or accounting equivalent desirable.
