 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design new updates / changes by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications; testing
  • Creation and maintenance of system/process documentation
  • Support requirements for integration solutions with other applications and technology platforms
  • Work collaboratively with Finance staff, Engineers, other analysts, Service Leaders, Operations Managers, Vendors, Architects, and other Digital Technology professionals
  • Support month-end closing procedures
  • Providing 3rd-line support for SAP Concur by responding to and managing support requests via ServiceNow. Primary focus on East Asia and Australasia regions, but support should also be provided globally
  • Coordinate installation and maintenance work with outside vendors as needed
  • Report security issues when appropriate and gather required information. Ensure adherence to security requirements
  • Support high-level and detailed design workshops for your functional area, collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes. You will be required to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous SAP Concur implementations, ensuring project timelines are met, and client issues are addressed whilst adhering to industry best practice guidelines
  • You will also be responsible for:
    • Data gathering and preparing deliverables such as Business Process Design, Business Process Flows, Functional Design, and Configuration Design documents
    • Test script reviews, System Integration support and User Acceptance Test execution
    • Effectively demonstrate and present SAP Concur solutions to stakeholders to inform and support decision making and reinforce best practice
    • Proactively provide status updates to our customers, including project Sponsors, to ensure successful and timely implementations
    • Work with the appointed SAP Concur Technical Consultants to facilitate the activation of all Concur Add on Services (where applicable)
    • Responsible for analysing and interpreting data to provide insights that support business decisions
    • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and other data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently 
  • Analytic and detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills and general technical aptitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, planning and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams of delivery in relation to an overall successful project outcome
  • Exposure to formal project management methodology (PMI, PRINCE)
  • Ability to work within a framework of project delivery and quality gate acceptance processes within a fast paced, agile business environment
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning e.g Oracle/JDE and/or SAAS applications
  • Advance skills in MS Excel and basic PowerBI
  • Holder of Transferable analytical qualification such as Project Management Certification, Lean Six Sigma or Technical Systems Certification

Experience in/of: 

  • Accounts Payable (AP) & Purchase to Pay experience
  • SAP Concur solutions, ideally covering Invoice & Expense
  • Configuration and administration of SAP Concur (is preferred but not necessary as training and certification will be provided)
  • Developing and documenting business requirements related to business processes, data transformation and reporting
  • Working in a service setting either in Finance, HR and/or IT and/or Shared Services
  • Facilitating business change, ensuring changes are successfully embedded into the operation
  • Providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
