The Reward Manager reports to the Global Head of Reward and is part of the Reward Community of Expertise (CoE). The team operates across a matrix structure, spanning five regions, global functions, and over 30 countries, to deliver an ambitious Global Reward Strategy in alignment with Arup’s broader objectives.
