Resident Survey Officer (Quantity)
Located at the heart of NM and in close proximity to Shenzhen's I&T zone in Huangang and Futian, San Tin Technopole is strategically positioned to be a hub for clustered I&T development that creates synergy with Shenzhen. The project mainly comprises of site formation of land and infrastructure works for the San Tin Technopole. The works in this Project are scheduled to commence in end of 2024.
We now invite applications for the following resident site staff position for Agreement No. CE 16/2023 (CE) First Phase Development of the New Territories North – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node – Package 2 – Design and Construction, which will be filled gradually in this project. The incumbents may be required to work irregular hours, overtime, at night and on shifts including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays and to carry out supervision outside Hong Kong when required.
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/Hong Kong Institute of Construction/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/Technical Institute/Technical College/Polytechnic University/Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline
Appointment will be made on contract term with Ove Arup & Partners Hong Kong Limited or Binnies Hong Kong Limited in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions. For the usual duties of the position, please refer to RSS Management Handbook Appendix 7.4.
