Is this role right for you?

We are looking for talented candidates to join our Building Engineering team.

The positions will be on contract basis to work on a commercial, residential and governmental building development in Hong Kong.

Resident Engineer requirements include:

  • Degree of Civil or Structural Engineering in a recognized university.
  • Resident Engineer shall be a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil or Structural Engineering discipline) of Engineers Registration Board of Hong Kong with minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience in the supervision and co-ordination of building construction projects.
  • Experience in supervising civil work, foundation work, excavation and lateral support work, massive structural steel work and Architectural Services Department project is preferrable.
  • Work independently with strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Resident Engineer requirements include:

  • Degree of Civil or Structural Engineering in a recognized university.
  • Assistant Resident Engineer shall be a degree holder in civil or structural engineering with minimum 2 years relevant building working experience.
  • Experience in supervising foundation work and Architectural Services Department project is preferrable.
  • Work co-operatively with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

The contract duration will be 12 months subject to extension to suit the construction programme. Standard working hours will be 6 days per week. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.
