As a Recruiting/ Talent Resourcing Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support in the recruiting and hiring of staff both internally and externally. We are looking to fill two positions - 1 East coast based in our New York or New Jersey offices and 1 West coast based in our Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Houston offices. Both positions will report directly to our Experienced Recruitment Lead who is based out of the NY office.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of all resourcing related activities such as candidate interviews, internal employee assignment briefings, and recruitment intake meetings
  • Coordinate references and background checks, prepare offer letters/contracts for new hires, permanent transfers, and assignees
  • Support team in building an outstanding candidate experience both internally and externally by answering general recruitment, assignment, and immigration-related questions
  • Partner with team to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, review resumes, evaluate minimum qualifications of applicants, and phone screen candidates to determine fit for active requisitions and future opportunities
  • Participate in recruiting events as needed and assist with coordination of event activities using virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Brazen
  • Collaborate with the recruiting leads to work closely with the marketing team to improve our employment value proposition (EVP) and target appropriate audiences for placement of recruitment content and job postings across social media channels such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Maintain job description library and audit job postings in ATS and on career site to ensure consistency of outreach across diverse channels
  • Assist with maintaining the accuracy of Taleo ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and preparing monthly reporting to inform key stakeholders of current activity
  • Coordinate preparation of data and insights to support auditing and reporting needs for OFCCP, EEO and AAP reporting
  • Maintain Talent Resourcing related process guides and implement process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Participate as needed in People team initiatives and projects as required to support the broader People team and improve our candidate and employee experience


Qualified professionals will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Minimum of 1-year professional work experience or equivalent internship experience related to recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of US and Canada employment law and immigration requirements and processes is a plus
  • Previous experience in the use of applicant tracking, HRIS, and International Assignment tracking software such as Taleo, Oracle, SAP, Dayforce, and Assignment Pro is helpful
  • Experience working MS Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
