Arup Programme and Project Management is inviting high caliber talent to support our business expansion for the increasing market coverage. The candidate will be working on high profile projects in Hong Kong.

• Project management role of exciting projects in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Project management for whole project cycle
• Communication with project team for successful project outcomes.
• Support management on project scopes, process, programme and stakeholders
• Manage project risks, value, change, cost (capex and opex)
• Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
• Drive for sustainability goals

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in building environment related disciplines such as Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Surveying
• Minimum 6 years of experience for the position of Project Manager
• Membership of relevant professional institution(s) will be advantageous
• Conversant with Hong Kong building codes and ordinances
• Creative, self-motivated with good interpersonal and influencing communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
