Responsibilities:
- Project management for whole project cycle
- Communication with project team for successful project outcomes.
- Support management on project scopes, process, programme and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, value, change, cost (capex and opex)
- Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
- Drive for sustainability goals
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree in building environment related disciplines such as Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Surveying
- Minimum 6 years of experience for the position of Project Manager
- Membership of relevant professional institution(s) will be advantageous
- Conversant with Hong Kong building codes and ordinances
- Creative, self-motivated with good interpersonal and influencing communication skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
