The Role

The Developer of Power Suite & RPA Solutions to Finance & the Wider Business is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Suite (including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. This role primarily focuses on streamlining and automating financial processes while enhancing operational efficiency across the wider business. The developer works closely with finance teams and other departments to identify automation opportunities, develop customized solutions, and ensure seamless integration of these technologies into existing systems. Additionally, they contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, reducing manual tasks, and improving data insights for informed decision-making.

 

Is The Opportunity Right For you?

 

We are interested in speaking with people who:

 

  • Build, and implement RPA solutions and ensure quality of the system and linkage to Power Platform
  • Create, update and maintain solution documentation
  • Assist business analysts and project teams in putting collectively the business cases to support the adoption of Automated Solutions in the Finance function
  • Implement the full life-cycle of RPA/Power Suite solutions: identify opportunities; gather requirements; design, document; and implement, test and deploy targeted RPA solutions
  • Develop scalable and reusable RPA components & Power Apps that can be leveraged across different lines of businesses (such as HR, IT and supply chain)
  • Serve as subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize Power Platform/RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel, Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Office VBA, SharePoint, Box, OneDrive preferred.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to move seamlessly from high-level concepts to details and solutions without much guidance
  • Process and solutions oriented with strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding established client, project and performance goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the enterprise

Desired

·         Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

·         Knowledge of Python or similar

·         Knowledge of RPA technologies
