You will be a member of multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality BIM services designs, Supervising junior engineers and BIM staff. Manage timely delivery of designs to cost constraints. You need to take a prominent role in respect of the building services elements of such projects in the production of BIM Model, LOD Compliance, BEP Production and compliance, drawings, reports, etc.
You will create BIM Model and management of design and/or survey building projects and installations, either new-build or refurbishment, and develop supervisory roles within the engineering team. Need to involve in project management like small and medium projects. You will be working with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the Project Manager or Director in respect of project deliverables and performance, under the technical management supervision of the technical director.
You will be the Mentor for graduate engineers and manage technicians, Liaise with other building services engineers throughout Arup. And also need to maintain contacts with external collaborators such as architects, clients, project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors. You need to plan your own BIM team’s resources and monitor against budgets. You will be in a position to Receive and agree on client briefing information and disseminate it to your team, need to Liaison with co-professionals and clients responsible for representing this discipline in project meetings and involve in the development of innovative designs, presentation of initial concepts in sketch form and production of specs/ drawings including briefing and supervision of engineers and BIM staff. You need to visit Site liaison and inspections and may be responsible for the internal project management of small-medium projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you have
- The candidate should hold a degree/diploma in PHE or other recognized qualification within the construction industry
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience. Datacentre, hospital, or laboratory sector experience would be an advantage
- Designing in BIM/Revit experience would be an advantage as would use of other digital tools or programming skills
- Able to demonstrate innovative design ability, engineering skills, and knowledge
